I think this looks even better than the original.

Interesting... Looks like they have some other cool projects they're about to start.

I didnā€™t even notice that the bed had been bobbed when I first saw their Gladiator photos. I was considering doing that to a Scrambler I had once, but held off. Glad I didnā€™t do it in the end, even though I sold it, just because they are rare with solid original bodies...

All the breakover with even less utility? Mind as well just pile some cash up and burn it.

if by ā€˜2500ā€™ they mean they are somehow increasing tow capacity, + gooseneck hitch that could have potential = trailer or camper.

Yo dawg I heard you like all terrain open air sport utility vehicles so we took an explorer sport trac and put it on 20ā€™s and sawed the roof off!

Kinda reminds me a little of the teraflex lower 40 - one of my favorite jeeps of all time. Love all the meat stuffed under the fenders.

But the Baja actually tried to be more useful not less. I have a friend with one and for a chopped open legacy wagon itā€™s not bad and a far cry from the brat. Shortening the bed on a JT is like eating soup with a knife, all that work and youā€™re still hungry.

The proportions look better, but it's even less practical now. HOWEVER, if they made it a 2 door with this same overall length and replaced the back 2 doors with the bed length they bobbed, I'd bite.

Be careful what you wish for right?

Okay Iā€™ll stop that now.

If Iā€™m picking up what youā€™re putting down, youā€™re thinking it would look like a LWB short bed regular cab truck which is not a bad concept, somewhat Land Rover like. Iā€™m thinking a defender 110 single cab basically.
