I'm working on a wiring project and will need to disconnect my battery before getting started. Should I unmarry and disconnect my Tazer JL Mini before disconnecting the battery, or is this not necessary?

I left mine connected when I pulled everything (batteries and fuse box) out to install a Genesis dual battery system. I've had zero issues, so I imagine you'll be fine.

There should be no need to unmarry it, but I would disconnect it, just to be safe.

No need to unmarry or remove the Tazer JL .

Careful!!! Do your homework regarding the battery (2) disconnect! Lots of guys screw up in regard to total 12v power disco.
Thank you — I just saw your post regarding the proper way to disconnect.
