Anyone else having this issue? Bought JTR June 1st. My SG has never worked. Sirius xm radio is fine but my JTR does not communicate with SG. Cant do any remote commands, no location and no vehicle health updates. SG tech said they could not communicate with my JTR. Had me do test call, call went through but only info they get is its a FCA vehicle. No account, no vin no location is sent. Been to dealer service 2 times, first time it sat all day and they couldn't get to it. Second time they did a reset (which was already done prior). Gave it back to me and said "give it a try in a few hours". I did test call and SG operator said same thing. No info being sent and he could not communicate with my JTR. Both SG reps/techs have said its a bad telematics and it will have to be replaced, but its not up to them. Dealer says they have to jump through FCA hoops before they could replace the unit. 60k and seems like no one seems to want to help but the SG tech but its not his call. Dropping at dealer again in the morning. Wish I could get some help. @JeepCares
