Hey all, so just getting started on the first of what will probably end up being too many mods to my new gladiator. I have a Rubicon, and got the factory steel bumper along with it. I picked up a Warn winch plate and Smitty 12k winch, and was installing those today, but when I went to re-install the factory skid plate, realized the back mounting holes didn't line up any longer, which makes sense I guess given the bumper is out a 1/4 inch due to the bracket and spacer. Does this sound about right? I'm a bit of a noob here, so trying to make sure I didn't just mess something up. If so did folks just drill out the back skid plate holes or???

I had the same experience when installing the Warn winch plate. I had to elongate the holes a little bit in order to get the bolts to go in.
