I just ran up to Montana and picked up a crashed Tacoma for friend. I rented a 22’ flat bed trailer with a winch that was plenty heavy by itself, defiantly more than I needed for the Taco. I have no idea what the combo weighed, but it towed well.

Did you build it or buy it ? Been looking for similar
I bought this one from Cross Country Teardrops in NC, I dont think they are building campers currently. They let me draw them up in cad and they build it how you want it.

I just drove 7 hours round trip to pick up my new 1949 CJ3a Farm Jeep hauler. I started looking for a new trailer when I ordered the JT. I was going from an F150 towing towing a 2012 steel/wood floor trailer. Here is part of the noted I sent to the dealership today -
I had purchased a new Jeep truck and wanted a lighter trailer to match my lower towing capacity. I was looking at several makes and contacted local dealers, but no one had trailers in stock and weren't able to give me a possible delivery date. I switched to a pure internet search strategy only to have either no response to inquiries or more commonly, "we sold that trailer" and haven't updated the site.

I got so frustrated that I quit looking for a couple of months. I started calling local dealers again and was told we might be able to get a trailer by April and yes the price has gone up $1000. Then I saw your listing. I contacted Brad and he got right back to me. He asked me about how I was going to be using the trailer and suggested a lighter version (7K vs 10K) . It not only saved me money, but it is a better match for my needs.

My wife had just had surgery and it was going to be a couple of weeks before I could make the trip to pick up the trailer. Again, Brad was very helpful and assured me it wouldn't be an issue. And it wasn't. The hand-off of the trailer yesterday was just as smooth as the rest of the process.

The only "funny" part of the whole process came when I went out to your website so I could grab the URL to send to a friend. I wanted him to see what I had purchased. It was gone! Just another sign that Brad does a great job.

Brad is Brad Crawford at National Truck and Equipment Sales in Reynoldsburg, OH. He is also a Jeep guy. You can reach him at [email protected] or www.ntesales.com His direct line is 614-604-7801. I have no afflation, just a super happy customer. If you are in the market for a trailer, give him a shout.

21 Mojave with a 2022 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E12SRK. Camper is 1725 dry.
Have only towed it home. Using a Curt Echo brake controller. Pulls nicely down the road but wants to shift a lot on the hills. After a few reads here I think I will shift it myself. Pretty stable behind the truck as well.
Like any newbie with a camper, I'll take any hints tips and tricks.
With that said, I have driven 18 wheelers, and my own personal 24 ft. enclosed trailer with a Silverado. So as far as towing, I'm not new.
This little trailer is a new experience though.

Nice little rig. I love mine, even after a month in it. I shit in the woods like a bear.

27 foot trailer, 6000lbs, lots of tongue weight with how the axles are on this setup. Jeep is an ecodiesel on 37s with mopar lift kit and front leveling kit. Towed like a beast with 4 adults in the jeep. Temps were normal even at 75mph. Weigh distribution hitch would have been helpful...

Other than home from the dealer, just finished maiden voyage with our new Grand Design Imagine XLS 21 BHE.

Empty water tanks, 4946 UVW. Good setup on E4 Equalizer Hitch, Curt Echo Wireless brake controller, Furrion S7 Wireless cameras..

Actually pretty impressed. Obviously 4.10's on 37s makes it tough, but for local trips - no immediate need to re-gear. May go bigger on tires when these wear out, so 5.13s will probably happen in a couple years. Otherwise, if going into more difficult terrain, will consider gears then. May add bags - not for squat - but for bounce control over rough TN roads.

(Also, peep the duck I got at the campsite!)

I would say they are just past darker than halfway between silver and Granite crystal (if that makes sense??)

Definitely closer to granite crystal than silver, but not a perfect match. I am happy with that because I still wanted a little contrast between the colors and they are certainly in the same family of colors.

Thank you! I think I would like these over the black.
