Looking for some assistance. Bought a 2020 JT August 13, 2020. Beginning of September, while going 70 MPH down 71S and we heard a loud pop and then the passenger side latch released and the top opened on that side. We weren't far from the dealership so I called and they took it in. They were going to replace both latches and then realized that loosening the bolts above the visor, on the latch plate that attaches to the windshield, would "tighten" the latch. So, they tightened the latch and off we went. This has happened 4 other times since and the only info I am getting is to drop it off for a technical service bulletin but the dealership is 80 miles away. Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it at home aside from "tightening the latch that attaches to the windshield?"

Found out, after getting the latch tightened 3 times, that the bolt was cross-threaded. Dealership replaced the latch and it's staying tight
