The gaps causing the noise will seal up once you get to 120.

j/k. This has got to be a joke, right?
Haha a little bit, but mine has started to whistle at higher free way speeds (~85mph). Around here traffic is pretty slow so I rarely see those speeds, but I don’t remember ever hearing it before and I’d like to figure out if it’s a fitment or wear thing.

Not to hijack the thread, but has anyone else noticed a weird smell in their Gladiator when driving through the fourth dimension?

It’s sort of a sweet/acrid smell, like when a tesseract implodes or I try to remember my old AOL account password.

I don’t expect miracles from FCA, but when you make an off-road vehicle, you have to plan accordingly for the occasional departure from pavement to even the most basic non-Euclidean 4D trailhead.

I’ve got a few ideas on how to fix it. I’m looking forward to trying them last weekend and fortunately, they already did and did not work at the same time.

Never mind, it was just a short in the flux capacitor’s time circuits. Aftermarket parts...

Don’t worry about it.
You can’t go above 110: the JT is speed limited to 110 or lower, depending on the trim level.

Its much quieter at 110 on dirt roads from what I've experienced.

I think Douglas Adams, if he were in the forum and currently not dead, might describe your issue this way: "The Gladiator drove at high speed in much the same way that bricks don't."

As such, your best fix for this problem would be 42.

I love this truck, but it sure is noisy in the triple digits. I’m going to try some ideas to fix it this week, but if anybody has suggestions, I’m all ears.
Put a louder exhaust and roots blower. You wont hear the top anymore.

How many Gladiators have made it to 1955 and back? Just be careful, one bump of the control box and you'll end up in 1885.

I can only imagine how noisy the soft top must be. I have a hard top and anything over 70 is noisy
