I agree about the necessities, I also have the sunrider for HT , currently trying to decide on a bed cover , hard one , for snow load . I also believe I will go with a 285/75x17 tire when mine wear out, I had those on my JK and they didn’t look much bigger than the 33” that comes on the JTR , maybe a little narrower
I have the BAK Revolver X4 bed cover and love it. Gives pretty much full access to the bed when rolled and would handle your snow.

Apart from the OP, I may be the closes to stock I've seen in this thread. Only changes have been a bug deflector, K&N air filter, and tonneau cover to my Overland. Just passed a year of ownership and have been wanting to change out the tires, mostly just for cosmetic reasons. Even the stock all seasons have performed fine in the light-ish offroading I do.
You're third. I only have the bug deflector so far, and working on installing tonneau cover now. ;)

But then I've only had my Overland two weeks!

I forgot to add, Zeon 10s in the factory bumper ,synergy track bar/sector shaft brace, JKS adj. track bar and Teraflex 1.5” leveling kit, and I threw in a rubber bed mat .

You know, you don’t have to have a million dollars in it to enjoy it , it’s what ever makes you happy, and works for you’re intended use

I think I need a bit more support I'm sporting a "Sport S - reg. tow (not max tow)" ... I am very happy with it... "but" (need I say more) ..... LOL
There's nothing shabby about the regular tow package. I've got the Sport S with tow package and it's way more than I'll ever need to tow with this truck. I'll certainly not be needing to tow 6,000 lbs with it.

Does nobody but me like the stock silver wheels? I'm surprised to see the lack of love for them here.

They are shiny. We might keep them and ad beefier tires after the stock duelers wear out.

This is so true. Way too many people go broke trying to impress other people they dont know by buying crap they dont need.

If it works for your needs, its the perfect machine. Nobody gets an award for paying extra for crap they dont need.

I added side steps and negotiated a dealer added spray in bedliner to the deal, so stock otherwise on my Gator Sport S. Only thing I don't love is the shiny wheels, I don't care that they're 17's, I just wish they were black like EVERY other trim level. Debating on painting them matte black but don't know how it'll hold up, so either that or get ahold of takeoffs from a different trim. Otherwise only mods I'm currently focused on are adding things to the bed for cargo management. Need to DIY some rails, and add a cargo net to start.

I powder coated my wheels for less than the cost of buying one new wheel. Flat black “coal” color and very durable. I considered paint but didn’t feel that would hold up. New back lug nuts from Quadratec. You could even pick up another set of stock wheels dirt cheap to try it on—that’s what I did. People are practically giving them away.

Very happy with my Overland so far. I'm a "keep it original" guy and I'll only install OEM parts. I learned my lesson years ago with Wix filters on my 6.0 Ford Diesel. I installed a Mopar, folding bed cover negotiated into the deal and a Mopar hood deflector - in the false hope it will keep bugs and stones off of the windshield. Kind of a mickey-mouse installation but at least you don't have to drill any holes and can remove it at any time. Not sure I like the look of the deflector but it's worth a try.

It seems to me that a Jeep is almost like a small block Chevy or an AR-15. Without these products the entire aftermarket industry would have nothing to do. I have no issues with Jeeps modded up and tarted up - to each his/her own. It's just not for me.

The only real "modification" I've made so far is to my laptop. I have an Excel spreadsheet to track the CEL and ESS warning light occurrences. So far with 600 miles I've logged 4 with date, time, mileage, and notes like "cold start", etc. Having worked in the industry, I'm not worried about it at this point. I'll wait until I put a few thousand miles to see how it goes before I go back to the dealer. Hopefully they'll have a steering "gear" in stock for me at that point.

Headed down to Florida on Thursday and will put another 1,500 miles on and see how it goes. And I won't be wearing a mask while I'm driving....

I know my Gladiator is still stock because the 255-80-17 Falkens were in stock when I bought them. And, I put them on the stock silver aluminum wheels.

Nice, I like your strategy, probably gonna go that route. Maybe we should call this the "mods on a budget" thread?
