Mud, sand, rock aired down to 25psi they are awesome. I’ve been in a lot of sand and sandy mud in Michigan. I’ve had a lot of lifted mud tired trucks and Jeeps and this stock max tow sport s JT is impressive off-road. On the road it is quick ( for what it is) with the 4:10’s and event mileage, around 22mpg. The size is very maneuverable and I love driving it!

Wow, that's super high. 16 is my top, with 13 for rock crawling.
I agree that seems high, at least for the NC beach sand where mine goes. 20 is my magic number, and the stock Bridgestones are happy as can be on the sand.

Like I said, everyone will have different definitions. I don't consider most bolt-ons to be "mods." When we have these conversations, we have to be aware that people have different assumptions.
This is true. I don't really care personally what the definition of "mod" is, at least not to the point of making it a line that shouldn't be crossed.

Combo dirt roads with washboard, Bridgestone “all-terrains “ really more of a street tire and off road. No way to air up and I’m not rock crawling.

I rarely need to use 4wheel drive

My Sport S is simi stock. Before I ever saw the JT the dealer had installed Rubicon Rock Rails and Rubicon rims and tires.

Question for the STOCK Overland people -
What does your JT measure from these two points:
A. Floor (or ground) to bottom edge of the fender trim (front and rear axle)
B. CENTER of wheel/hub to bottom edge of the fender trim (front and rear axle)

I am curious as to how mine sits now that I've got the winch and steel bumper on the front.
Since "bottom edge" of the fender can mean something different to different people, if you can include a pic or drawing of exactly "what line" you are using.
Also - are they stock tires?
That's why I ask about a measurement from the center of the hub or wheel up as if you measure from the ground/floor up, well, if you have a larger than stock tire that will be higher just because of the tire.
(example - my truck changes height by about .2" when I have Rubicon tires on vs. the stock Overland H/T tires. The Rubicon Falken A/T tires raise the fender up about .2" higher from the ground than the original Overland tires. (I switch back and forth, Falken A/T for winter, stock H/T tires for summer/good roads/good weather)

LF 35-7/8" floor to fender lip
20-1/2" center of hub to fender lip

RF 35-3/4" floor to fender lip
20-7/16" center of hub to fender lip

LR 37-3/4" floor to fender lip
22-3/8" center of hub to fender lip

RR 38-1/8" floor to fender lip
22-3/4" center of hub to fender lip

See photos for clarification of how I measured - to the very bottom edge of the fender lip. I didn't jounce the suspension to level things out, it was pretty much as I parked it and got out in the garage. Stock JTO, minivan tires. The only weight in the rear (besides the stock hard tonneau) is a DeeZee rubber mat.

THANKS!
It's even the same color as mine.
That's exactly what I was looking for.

I have had a lot of lifted and modified Jeeps and Pickup Trucks and...I love my stock Max Tow. The more I drive it stock the more I like it. Sure I have occasional envy when I pass a modified Wrangler or Gladiator, but the simplicity and power with 4:10’s and skinny tires is pretty sweet.

We picked up a Rubicon (used) w/ 3500 miles about 6 wks back.
It's stock. It's a blast. Biggest surprised is that the wife likes this Jeep more than her AMG.

This JT is our 4th Jeep & by far the best. Wife has clocked far more miles in it than me.
Perhaps its because of the Rubicon package. The heated tan seats do set this truck aside in comfort. I was planning to do some changes or up grades but now, for us, we ask ourselves...up grade to what ?
She was wanting some steps but now she has a system .

She actually enjoys driving out into the forest. No big struggling to get in & out of things....just her out having fun is neat in itself.

We traded in our 1982 J-20 & 1995 YJ for this JT. W/o a doubt this Gladiator Rubicon is a good replacement for both & more fun too.

There seems to be one problem though......wife continues to wave at other Jeeps even while driving her car......& she smiles an awful lot too.
