37x12.50r17 Extreme Country on factory wheels. Synergy 1.25 spacers (read on here I had to have them) no rubbing stock suspension. Tires are 70.5lbs. Have not measured because I know they aren’t true 37”. I have a 3” Rock Krawler lift laying in floor waiting to go on.

I think I got bit by the bigger tires bug...
I have a stock Mojave (as far as tire/suspension goes). I want to keep the factory wheels.
I dont do a ton of offroading but a group I joined has been trying to get more and more folks out on the trail. I ran a basic trail with them and stock I had no rubbing (rock rails, belly etc) some very close spots but no rubbing.
What I want to confirm is the following:
Can I run 35x12.5x17 tires (looking at running the falken wildpeak a/t my truck came with) on the stock wheels and be fine on and offroad? Im not sure I can justify 37's as I dont have the money to regear but I think I could live with 35's and 4.10s at least for a while. We arent doing jumps or rocks. Kentucky is typically muddy ruts or dry dust ruts. :D
I figure if I were to go ahead and do 35's I could sell my stock tires to offset that cost, less than 6k miles currently.

Awesome, good to know. I’d be looking at 37x12.5 so maybe I’d get away without spacers....

thanks!
Did you ever go through with this fitting 37 12.5 on stock rims with no lift? If so, how was the rubbing? Ultimately I have a lift coming, just trying to figure out if I can get by on stock without the spacer lift for a while.

Put my 37 KO2s on a few days ago. I am cheating a little, have an 1” spacer up front, offsets the height I lost from bumper/winch.

That 1” spacer makes it look like it sits completely level.

not yet, but since then I’ve seen a lot more do it with no issues. I will probably plasti-dip the stock ones and if I’m happy with the way they look I’ll stick with them.

I currently have 35’s on a stock Rubicon. I would think the set up you are asking about should be fine. I can help find you some rocks in KY. Turkey Bay in Land Between the Lakes.

Did you have those tires from a previous jeep or did u find a set leftover somewhere? I ran that exact tire 2 JKs ago and loved it. Went to XMTs since they stopped making them.
