Has anyone added one of these?

I've looked at putting one on, but it would cover up the access hole to lower the spare tire. I haven't found a narrow one that will fit in the space, that I like. The one that is installed on the tailgate, at the factory, is pretty decent.

I added it on mine. I used the clips so if I do have to pull out the spare tire, I can still access the hole.
