Tazer mini and backup cam not working

Not sure what I did but I was scrolling through the menus to calibrate my wheel size and set the turn-cam on, and during that process I must’ve accidentally clicked a setting where my back-up cam no longer works or “is not available “ and is blue screen when put into reverse.

any ideas on how to get my backup cam back on? It worked just fine before.
For all the Tazer can do, I have to say it’s got a terrible user interface.

It's really frustrating that they can't make a BT app to set the functions, especially because they have so many functions. Feels like I'm playing with some old DOS based video game where you scroll through cryptic shorthand to make a selection.

So it seems to be working now. Looking at another thread on here, they had tried turning off rear cam and cargo cams, which I thought I had tried but maybe I didn't do the reboot twice thing right. Anyway, I checked and they were both on, so I turned them off, and did the reboot twice thing and it worked.

Thanks, turning off the rear cam, (the cargo cam was already set to off) and going through the e-boot and two sleep cycles fixed it. It seems really weird to me that you turn the rear camera off for it to work properly.

Just reading thru this cause Im having this same problem with my backup camera now not working.

So you guys went thru the menu options (ignition set to run) and set to "Cam En: NO" to turn off the rear camera and did a reboot, two sleep cycles, and it came back on?
If so, that makes zero sense to me LOL. But I will try that if thats what worked.

I just went in and set the rear camera to "No" did the 2 sleep cycles and it worked.
So glad to have this camera back on. I didnt realize how much I liked having it till it wasnt available.
Super frustrating and makes no sense to set it to "No" for it to work.

Hopefully Tazer IT will fix this in a upcoming update.

I did this option thru the main settings, not the Live settings menu while the vehicle is running.
