Bought new in 2019 and maybe used 6 times. Lived in my garage on saw horses for 99% of its life. Includes annex, upgraded mattress, and moisture guard under mattress. Trying to save for an ARE shell, so letting some things go. Annex is awesome to give you room for another cot, storing clothes and shoes, etc. Very clean…cover is a little dirty though from storage.
