Just want to give a public thank you to Jen and Bridget at Northridge. I purchased a snorkel for my JT though Northridge.
I had two problems with it and both times Northridge helped make it right. The first time I had missing parts. Jen quickly helped me get the replacements. The second time, I requested a replacement part with the company that makes the snorkel because it was defective. I didn’t get any response. I explained the problem to Bridget and she started the process of contacting the manufacturer. Of course, the part was back ordered. In March Jen started helping me by contacting the manufacturer on a regular basis and keeping me in the loop. Today 6/9/21 I finally received the replacement part.
Thanks again for help. I’m going to miss the email updates every couple weeks. Haha
