    Took advantage of this already. Got mine a couple days before Thanksgiving. Love these. Have had them in my JKU for years. Well worth it and way cheaper than the factory option.

    do we need to take the hardtop off the JT for optimal install? a little challenging for me right now since I'm heading into winter here in Minnesota

    Hi,
    you don't need to take the hard top all the way off but you do need to loosen some bolts & lift the front (see attached video). There is also the issue of the 3M tape requiring that the hard top be warm, above 70, to adhere good. I'm including a video of how to do a cold weather install on the Wrangler. The same principal applies. The Gladiator tops are so light that if you have the room it may be just as easy to remove the top for installation.
