The Great Divide - Episode One - The Journey Into Colorado

The long anticipated first episode of our Continental Divide Trip from last year is finally here! In this video the crew heads out to begin their trip in Colorado and meeting up with Ray from Exploration Outfitters at Clear Lake, CO. The next morning, they head out for a fantastic day of wheeling on Black Bear Pass and Imogene. Later that evening they would camp just off the Imogene Trail as they prepare to head North and begin their epic journey to the Canadian border.

The Great Divide - Episode Two - Finding Peace on Stony Pass

In episode two, the crew make their way over to the main Continental Divide route using a connection trail that starts in Silverton. We make our approach into Ouray for lunch and some beers before heading towards Stony Pass. We had originally decided to skip the New Mexico portion of the route because of super high temperatures and since we have been wanting to head up to Colorado to do some wheeling in the Ouray/Silverton area for many years, we decided to use this an opportunity to do just that. The group finds an awesome spot to camp along the Rio Grande where Taylor attempts some fishing, and we get our first Gladiator walk around video from Ray at Exploration Outfitters.

The Great Divide - Episode Three - The Long Road North

The crew enjoys a beautiful morning alongside the Rio Grande before joining the Continental Divide Trail where they make the long drive north. They enjoy beautiful weather as they cruise through the back country, have deep conversations with the locals and finally have to make their first decision on finding their own campsite for the night using Gaia maps. The crew will make their first non-planned camp just south of Como, Colorado.

The Great Divide - Ep 3 Pt. 2 - Did We Find Perfection?

The crew continues their journey north stopping in Frisco, Colorado to meet up with a local shop before heading into Wyoming. After not having luck with a camp location on the Colorado/Wyoming border the guys decide to push forward to the Flattop Buttes and make camp at sunset. The next morning, they make the push to Jackson Hole/Grand Teton where they meet up with Tanner from Rock Slide Engineering and possibly find the best camping location of the trip.

The Great Divide - Exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone - Episode Four

After finding an epic camp spot just outside of Grand Teton, the guys spend a couple of days relaxing and enjoying their time disconnected from the outside world. Spending time catching fish and playing catch, the guys get those childhood feels. The crew sets off to make their way through Grand Teton and on to Yellowstone National Park in search of wildlife! They find a great camp spot just off the Continental Divide trail in Idaho on a grass foothill overlooking the valley.

Just a few hundred miles separate the crew from reaching the Canadian border. After seeing countless beautiful lakes along the drive up, the guys decide to stop at one that they just couldn't pass up. Spending the remaining day hanging out at the lake and enjoying some adult beverages lakeside, it was the perfect ending for a long day of trail riding. Setting up camp and getting ready for dinner, the guys get to work just after sunset. We also get some extremely helpful tree cutting knowledge for a campfire from Bond.

This is the final episode in our 8 part series documenting our overland trip from Colorado to the Canadian border. It was a long and memorable trip in which the Rebel crew enjoyed a once in life time journey taking on an adventure almost entirely off road and living out of our well equipped Gladiators.

Not only was this an epic vacation from the daily grind at the shop but it was a learning experience for the whole team. It helped us to understand the true capability of the Gladiator platform, our XPLOR Bed Racks and all the equipment we choose to run for this trip.

We want to thank all the vendors that participated directly for this adventure and also to the ones that indirectly contributed to making this happen. Huge thank you to Nitto for getting us tires for all the vehicles under the time constraint and for making one hell of a reliable Trail Grappler.

We're currently in the planning process to go back to Colorado in September for another 14 day trip to continue our love affair with the incredibly beautiful back country we got to explore back in 2020. We learned a ton from this trip and we can't wait to show you with all the amazing video content we're about to capture.

Thanks for riding with us,
Bond, Taylor and Evan.
