hi guys

again needs your help for this ....

here is the situation :

JTR Launch edition 3.6 V6
35 all terrain KO2
2 inch mopar
Steel bumper + winch
4.10
AT Trans
M220 axles front and rear

next mods :

3.5 inches metalcloak lift
Metalcloak underbody armor
planning to go in 37 ( if i can find KO2 less than 800$ each)
Fox Elite 2.5 from accutune

Driving style :

im kinda a cool guy ... mostly enjoying cruising at low speed ( my highway speed is 90% around 65-75 max)

Based on this informations what would be the right move about regearing ?

which ration 4.88 or 5.13?
which brand Spicer or Yukon ?
and subsidiary question ... whats your expereince about BF KM3 ... are they really a lot less comfortable than the KO2? im really scared about going on mud about the noise and vibrations....

thanks y'all

The engine will be screaming with 5.13s and 35s
This isn't exactly true. You can cruise ~85mph before tripping the 2nd stage oil pump with 5.13/35s/8th gear. If I towed a bit, lived in the mountains, or never planned on exceeding 85mph for an extended period of time, I wouldn't hesitate to throw in 5.13s with 35s, especially with the AT.

These engines love to rev and I get far better mileage keeping my cruising RPM above 2500 than I do lugging it along below that just for the sake of a lower RPM.

The engine will like 5.13 the best, especially with 37's. A few more RPMs like you will experience while you still have the 35s won't be all that noticeable and will actually show a bit more zip. I ran 4.56's with 37's and my JT was a dog. Now with 5.13's, it is about as good as it will get. Remember, these V6s are way short on power. They are really just adequate. Aside from driving off the ramp of a C-130 in flight don't expect any quick acceleration, but the 5.13s will keep the transmission in 8th and your mileage will likely improve.
Beyond a doubt, I'd recommend Randy's and Yukon gears. Give Tate Hudson a call and he'll set you right up. I am not sure if there are any discounts for buying from this site but through the site where my build thread is located are substantial discounts from Randy's. Not soliciting that site, but they have a special deal with Randy's.

5.13s on 37s is the sweet spot. I absolutely love my 5.13s even on 39s and so does my buddy who went to 5.13s on 37s after driving mine as well. It really feels nearly stock on 37s with the 5.13s and almost stock with 39s

will be going 5.13's as soon as Dana gets the rears back in stock, been waiting since November.

You can use logic to make a choice, based on what you said 5.13's would be perfect if most your driving is city and highest interstate will be 75mph. All that said the difference between the two is so minimal I doubt you'd notice the difference long term.

Had I known the Dana 5.13's would take 6mo to get in, I probably would have gone 4.88s, but I'm too far down the rabbit hole now to change, my fronts are already mounted to the locker and ready to install.

Spicer is the premium brand, they're the ones that build them for Jeeps to begin with. Problem these days is getting 5.13s from them.

We have the fronts in stock:

We're waiting on the next shipment of 5.13 rears:
https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...20mm-rear-ring-and-pinion-advantek-5-13-ratio

The only rear 5.13s we currently have in stock are the Yukon 5.13s:
