Sorry if this has been asked but I tried searching.
My dealer is saying there is no way in the factory computer or settings to change the tire size. Has anyone else had a dealer reprogram for larger tire size without having to buy a tazer or some other product?

Yeah they redid mine to 35s at the dealer, so they’re full of it.

Oddly enough though however they did mine didn’t correct it for the odometer, just the speedo, and it tracked miles slightly behind reality until I got a tazer.

I don’t think they can on the Gladiator, my dealer used the PROCAL Snap. I ended up buying a tazer so I could turn off the TMPS also.

The dealer can do it. But why pay $100+ for a single one-time service when you can buy a Tazer for a little more and do EVERYTHING with it in your own driveway?

Well my concern with running an after market tazer is that if something goes array while using adaptive cruise then it could cause an accident. I'm going to assume all the speedo info is tied somehow to the adaptive systems.
I've been told by an electrical engineer for the JT platform that it can be done and my dealer is full of BS. I have called them out on it and told them to figure it out.. it their job.

I didn't have to pay the dealer. He said he was glad I bought my vehicle there. They also gave me the best price in my area for the tires.
They also helped me when I crossed wires installing a brake controller. They switched the wires in the coupler,
no charge.

FCA took that ability away from us now we have to purchase a service contract from mopar with the tire size you want to download to your vehicle shitty In my opinion as a service manager for the last 30 years it is all about the mighty $$ ridiculous guess they thought it was another way to generate $$

Your trying to say the only way to calibrate the tire size is to buy a service contract?

Hmm.. that not what my dealer told me. They plan to charge $75-135.00 for the labor time and that's it.

I just bought a Tazer Mini from @River City Offroad for $279.65 with free shipping.

Plan to us it to recalibrate my 35's and any other tire size I get in the future, plus all the added benefits.

The tazer must be plugged in at all time to work?
Do you have adaptive cruise control?

Tazer does not need to stay plugged in for the tire size calibration. Once it is done you can remove. There are other features that the Tazer needs to stay plugged in to use - they refer to them as Live Features:

I do not have adaptive cruise control. But I can't figure out how the Tazer would impact it if you were not using it for Live Features. If you just recalibrate the tire size and unplug - there should be no additional interaction between the JT and Tazer.
