I searched around and did not see this thread. I have the Sport S, Non Max Tow....for sake of discussion. List your trim level...
What the top five mods that you would do first?
Tires are a no brainer.
1. I did my bed liner
2. Rubicon Take offs are going on shortly
3. Rock Hard side steps and rock sliders on order
4. (thinking recovery kit/first aid)
5. Skid Plates

I’ve got a Rubicon and done 4/5 of my top five so far…

1. Mopar 2” Lift kit (+ 37’s)
2. Re-gearing (still saving up)
3. Upgraded steering dampener
4. Entry guards
5. Climber exhaust

Sport S Max Tow. Purchased mine used with 6,000 miles so it already had aftermarket flat fenders, door sill entry guards, Falcon stabilizer, and Fab Fours front bumper.

1. Rubicon take off suspension with front spacer
2. 37” tires and wheels
3. Rock sliders
4. Spray bed liner
5. Tint windows

Gladiator Sport S

It’s safe to say every model of Gladiator that isn’t a Rubicon or Mojave needs a lift and larger tires. I put those as 1 and 2 priority-wise. However, saving up for that expense is a different story. As I was prepping my bank account for that I wanted to prep the bed for hard use and as a cargo area for vacations and such. I put the bed liner and tonneau cover as 3 and 4. Lastly you have to keep yourself cool with the top down , so the easiest solution was a Spiderwebshade and window tinting as number 5....and 6 I guess haha

Want to get a soft top and some tires and lift but have to save up for those and they will be next up on the list. I figured the things I got first were essential to my daily driving and in my budget. Plus I want to drive it some first before diving into a ton of things and see what I would actually get use from. I also will add on some more lights front and back but just not sure how or what yet.

I had originaly had a basic Sport ordered, so my list was extensive. Having an overland changed things up as it was equipped with a lot of items i wanted. here is my top 5.

1. Mopar 2 inch lift
2. 37 inch tires
3. Mopar Bed cover
4. Mopar Military graphics
5. slush mats

Max Tow top 5 for me

1. Tires and Lift
2. Rubi Rails to hide and protect pinch seams
3. JScan to correct computer
4. Led Headlights, Foglights, DRLs, and turn signals
5. Bumper/Winch/Off-Road lights

I got the slush mats from the Factory if not that would of been on the list, and Bedliner was from the factory, as well as tint.

I'm just enjoying having mine for now. I do plan on a be liner, tonneau cover, and weathertech mats soon though. Not really mods IMO, just things you do do a truck

3. Built beefier D44 Axles w/e-Lockers
4. Rock Slide Engineering electronic slider/steps
5. 4.88 Gears (to offset tires)
6. Superchips DashCal Tuner
7. Quadratec Bumper w/12k Smittybilt Winch
8. Extang Tri-Fold Hard bed cover

And then quite of bit of cosmetic items to include Vinyl hood wrap, etc.

JTR and mine was/is:

1)Bed Liner (rhino'd it the day after getting the truck)
2)Bed cover (Tyger)
3)Stubby antenna (That huge mental monstrosity needed to go)
4)Storage facility for tops/doors (Not a mod to the truck but one for the truck and needed)
5)Rock Hard Steps (en Route, sold sliders, rails will be here wednesday)

Next will be the big one of Wheel/Tire/Lift. Took the opportunity during quarantine to save save save a bit and build up the nest egg before spending the inevitable 6k on the lift/wheel combo I want.
