@JeepCares After unplugging my iPhone from CarPlay the touch screen froze. I cannot get my Uconnect to reset. I have removed fuse F11 and F97 with no results.

Touch the AM button and see if that works.

Also, always, always, unlock your iPhone before starting the rig. Doesn't matter if you're plugged into the USB or not since your iPhone Bluetooth is most likely on too.

No luck with putting it on AM. I tried unlocking all phones before starting. Still nothing. This happened once before but it reset on its own after starting up.

I have a question about the my touch Screen freezing or not responding. Living in California, we are getting our first storm of the year, with rain and lower temps ( lower than we have seen recently) and when I go to change my screen it will not respond. After clicking on different apps it seems to wake up and start reacting. Has anyone else had this happen?

We are not used to this in California, but, if you fingers are too cold, the touch screen may not respond. Try rubbing your fingers together and creating some friction and heat before touching the screen.

HI Buck,
Are you considering visiting your dealer to have this looked into? If so, please send our team a PM. We'd be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist.

The dealer had to replace my radio bezel. It was pressing on the screen in such a way that it would not recognize touching. I have not had any problems since.

I found a comment on another forum talking about a soft reset. Push the power on and the select button at the same time and hold for about 15 seconds. When you release them the screen resets. Worked on my 2022 Gladiator. Not sure how long it will stay that way.
