Today I went to my local 4x4 Accessory Store to order the Hopkins Automotive Towable Vehicle harness I heard was available via this forum. I looked it up via Google prior to going to order. Hopkins part number 56210. The parts person told me it wasn’t available through either of her distributors. She took the information and promised to contact someone who would help. She contacted me this afternoon to say the distributor could not get the kit so she contacted Hopkins directly. They told her to have me call them and order the kit myself. $79 plus $10 shipping got the job done. This kit uses plug n play OEM waterproof connectors for ease of install.

Has anyone installed this in their Gladiator yet? I am in the process of installing the Road Master tow brackets and would like to do this at the same time. Web site says it fits Wrangler and Gladiator, seems a bit long for Wrangler. Hopefully not too short for JT.

Fabricated a steel bracket which is frame mounted just below the master cylinder to mount the box. Everything else went per the instructions. Have not permanently mounted the LED indicator light yet due to being very dim under the windshield mirror. Need to investigate further .

There are many, factory grounds on the fender sides. One of those would be better. Your ground ring is on top of plastic.
It’s a good ground, but I’ll look. The 4x4 shop put it there... too much plastic everywhere these days!
I also reworked all that exposed wiring to clean up and properly protect the wiring.
