I would say yes. Besides it being loud which renders the stereo useless while on the move, it is solid. I took it on a mountain pass and climbed 3,000 ft on what was a very bumpy ride with about 90% of the trail being loose rock. Never lost traction and never had to engage 4WD. I have loaded the bed with rock and it hauls nicely. By the way, the oil filter is a sump filter and it is accessed from the bottom of the engine. If you need to contact the company which is Hisun, do it by phone early in the morning. Emails go unanswered but they did answer my call to inquire about the location of the filter and another question regarding engine behavior right at 5k RPM. It tends to hand right at 5k for several seconds before it continues accelerating. They actually tested one of their units and FaceTime with me to go over the details. Theirs did the same and they think it is a normal thing. I usually don't go over 5k anyway since I keep it under 20 mph for most of our use. Hope this helps.@MudderNuker
