Depends on when it was made. If it was before the mid-year sensor system change, they are not compatible. If after, they 'should' work.

What's the build date of your 21 Gladiator?
Look on the door sticker for MDH - Month/Day/Hour

2 sensors for 2021 year. I read somewhere that June 6th '21 is change date. Pre June 6th build date is AA sensor. June 6th build date and after is AB sensor. 100% not compatible as it is different OS. I made them same mistake.
