7" touch screen, Body-color trim, tinted windows, side steps, 18-inch wheels, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear seat USB ports, and ambient interior lighting. Those were the things I found by default the Overland had over the Sport S default.

And it's very easy to program. Have it in my JKR, JTSS and Ram 1500. I leave the opener remotes at home as backups.

On the Sport S, you can add the Universal Garage door opener with the Convenience package.

I was upgrading radio on both to the 8.4" & Alpine; I'm perfectly happy with factory radio upgrades. My Cherokee doesn't have the sub and I miss the extra little bump in bass.

I did a lot of comparison shopping on dealers within 50 miles of me (which is very easy to do with the build tool on the Jeep website by the way) and found a gator with the popular equipment package, so I was able to get a nicely equipped Sport S for under $40k. Employee pricing was happening at that time as well

Being able to get black fenders and max tow for the 4.10a were priority to me. Considered a Rubicon but I had no use for lockers, 4:1 transfer case or sway bar disconnects. My sport S is pretty well equipped with convenience package and cold weather, isn’t really anything else I would want.

This, exactly... I was able to order a 2021 while the employee pricing was available and that also added body color fenders which grants you the non-ugly bumper for free, so I got all kinds of deals working together. I got mine right at 40k and it's pretty much exactly what I wanted. (That being said, I wish I had proximity and I might do that install for the drivers side this summer. I also have since added bed liner.
