Truck box suggestions

I've had 2 things almost all my life - a pick up truck and truck box. Coming from a full size p/u, the storage space for my work gear is tight - tools, hard had, vest, cold weather gear for winter, etc. I've been looking around for truck boxes and I continue to run into an interference issue on the driver side due to the hump for the gas tank.

Curious what anyone else has done with for extra storage for gear?
