Truxedo Elevate TS Rails - Question

I have been looking at this and most of the websites contradict each other. I was hoping someone had the first-hand experience. I found a few mentions through the search but did not see this answered.

Do these rails work with the trail rail or DIY system? I am not meaning to attach to it but still allow the use of the rail system after install.

I have the TS rails and can confirm it will not work with factory trail rail system. the clamps that come with TS rails wont attach with rails installed. Hope this helps.

I am about to go for the TS rails system, would like to pair it with truxedo lo pro tonneau cover, however would like to check what type of racks others are using with this rail? @MR_FUSION probably you could share how you have utilized the TS rails system?
