TSBs, software updates, etc. on a new order

When you order a new vehicle (Rubi, Diesel in my case) do they come with all the TSBs and software updates and everything posted around here like that? or are those only addressed if you find something wrong?

If they are not 100% updated from the factory is there anything I should be asking for upon delivery?

Also anything else I need to be looking for on delivery?

...just trying to prep, I know I'm going to be excited and need to have a list or I will forget things

The Mfg is constantly updating based on real world feedback and implemented in the production; unfortunately many times the vehicles have been in the market for some time before the condition is exhibited & then the engineering team develops the correction or change. Simply put not always, if the TSB or Bulletin was issued after order schedule NO.. you could always ask the dealer / service mgr to check the vin for such. Many times bulletins and TSBs have requirements that the vehicle exhibit the condition. It doesn't hurt to ask.
