yes to all three questions, however you will need to have it rekeyed to your key by a locksmith, it uses the truck key to lock and unlock it. Here’s a screenshot of the mopar website of the box

I currently live in the RGV, Pharr, I used to live in McAllen last year. I just moved down two years ago.
Anyway, haven’t had much interest in it so may still have it when you move down and settle in.

So a question, what's with the second garage door that goes to the back yards, from the garage, on all the new houses? Is it, so you throw open the garage door and hang out in the garage while you hang out in the back yard? It's just something that we don't have here, so trying to get a solid answer.

Yeah I know what your talking about, I’ve been to a couple and see them everywhere. It’s an option, but most people have it to have open while they’re in the back yard. Some houses don’t even have a garage door in the back, it’s just open to their backyard. Most of the new homes have them, there are some that have a detached garage in the front of the house, literally centrally in front of the house, then there’s a courtyard to the front door.
