Upgrading to Rubicon LED/Halo headlights

If I upgrade my headlights to factory oem Rubicon LED/Halo headlights do I have to reprogram anything or do anything special?

Probably the Oracles. By the way, the optional LED lights are not specific to Rubicons.

Only question for me now besides who can do this is do I wanna keep it close to my OC's build or do my own version

Yes. If you install them yourself, you will need to buy a taser or go to the dealer to have the sales code/flash done.

What Chazsquatch said. You need to reprogram or get a Tazer. I went the Tazer route with my JL. Changing the light is easy and adding the wires is not to bad but adding them the to BCM plug is challenging due to space but very doable. I did it with no issues on my JL!
