Vent tubes

So my axle vent tube is sealed. There is a solid cap at the end of it.

And if I recall correctly from my recent excursion under the JT the transmission vent tube also had a cap on it (seen not felt so it could be ope theoretically).

Anyone noticed that on theirs?

It’s not sealed. It’s a vent cap.
