Vent with no heat question

Is there a way to have the air blowing (venting) with no heat? I see that I can set temperature to LO, but is that OFF, or is it still heating the air a little? My JLU Sahara has climate control. Probably a dumb question, but the out side air temp is such right now that it is hard to tell if any heating is going on and I'm a Jeep newbie.
