I saw a blue Gladiator with wagon wheels in town yesterday, and man I like the look. Making me think I should have gone that way.

Agreed! I like my stock silver 5 spokes, but if I do get other wheels for dedicated winter tires, then those are definitely what they'll be. I liked them when they were hot back in the 80's and I still do. I'd love to see a picture of a Gator with those on it.

My Jeep just got a Mopar lift and now needs new wheels and tires.

I really like the OE wheels, but they won’t work too well with 35 inch tires, and there really aren’t many aftermarket alternatives I like. Well, with the exception of AEV Pintlers....but I’m not going to spend $1,500 in wheels.

Like many others, I was on the fence on these Quadratec CJ Retro alloy wheels: I liked them but...

That is until I saw the creativity others are showing with their wheels. You can mount them with or without the center hubs. You can use black or chrome lugs to change the look. You can slap a vintage-looking center cap. Etc. It is one of the few wheels out there that can be customized a dozen different ways.

So I just ordered a set of them. First I wanted them in black, since my Jeep is red. But they are backordered and their ETA keeps getting pushed back. So I switched my order to a set in white.

I am thinking white wheels, black lugs and a retro center cap is going to look awesome. I am still debating whether I’d keep the center hubs or not.

These are some of the ideas I’m drawing inspiration from.
