Morning! So, over the weekend, my 21 Mojave with 37,XXX miles on it got the locker light flashing. Figured since it's under warranty I'd take it in to the dealer to versus dorking with it myself. My question for those who have went the dealer route, while in warranty, did you have 35's or larger? If so, did you get grief and the typical crap from the dealer? I'm running 35's and no other mods to the JTM but with the luck I've had recently with dealers*, I don't want to deal with the BS but also would much rather have something covered rather than a day of busting knuckles and paying out of pocket. So, those of you with flashing locker lights with 35s, or heck, even without, how was your dealership experience?
*Regarding the luck with dealers -- I took my JTM to Autonation CDJR for my 3 Jeep Wave oil changes. When I did the 4th, I noticed they rounded the head of the drain plug so that was fun. Took my mom's Renegade last month to Arrigo CDJR for a head replacement and it's leaking oil and upon checking it out, they've either broken bolts off in the manifold attaching the heat shield, left wire ties off of the loom for coil packs, and left out some bolts. SOOO...giving Hollywood CDJR a go this time and hope that there is someone competent there to swap out that locker sensor.
