Looks good!First test fit of my 8274. The mount is made of welded 1/2" aluminum plate (spaces the bumper out by 1/2" over the stock position. Plenty of clearance between the winch and grill though I did have to rotate one of the controller hose clamps up out of the way.
Fan-fusting -tactulator. Well done. Impressive for sure!First test fit of my 8274. The mount is made of welded 1/2" aluminum plate (spaces the bumper out by 1/2" over the stock position. Looks good!Stock bumper, Warn Winch Plate, and a TMR 8274 Mount cut and welded to the Warn Plate. Did require cuttting the stock bumper, but no spacers required.
It may be a dinosaur, but it is still one of the best winches ever built. And the aftermarket accessories available for it are awesome, from solid state contactors to bigger motors to dual motors and even air disconnect drums. Unfortunately most of that cool stuff is in Europe and fairly rare here in the USA.Has anybody mounted a Warn 8274 on a gladiator and if so which mount? I have one offered to me and at a good price and wondering if anybody makes a mount to fit it or is it too much of a dinosaur to try and make work
