I bought one for a Silverado truck I bought in 2016. Did not fit well. Bolt holes didn't line up. Had to let it sit in the sun before I put it on. If it was winter I would have never got it on.

Hopefully they made quality improvements in the last 4 years and it's summer.

Yes. For $59 I will probably try another. They do protect the tailgate well. Just was not happy with the fit.
