So I have this stupid plan to add electric cutout to the exhaust. I know it's a V6 and a lot of you hate the idea of loud exhaust from V6 but I just want to add a little more fun. At least I can keep it closed when I need to be quiet...
So I am going to ask my local muffler shop to cut a hole right before the first resonator and weld y neck for cutout. Where I am adding the cutout is close to the transfer case. I am not a welding expert and I don't know if it's ok to weld that area under the truck without removing the exhaust. Do you see any concern?
