Trip started with a drive to southern Alabama in my JT, the trip kinda went down hill from there.
From there I drove my friends to be wife's car to Miami Florida for the wedding cruise. Anyone who thinks a Nissan sedan is a good vehicle must be very short.... or at least not 6'1" the wedding and cruise was great, Jamaica was wasn't to bad except for all the Marijuana everywhere, and tourists prices. The Grand Cayman island I liked better, Cozumel was good. The shuffling of the dock we returned to made for a 1/2 mile hike to the vehicle. Some how I blazed though customs.... the bride and groom and most of the wedding party got held up. So I had to drive one of his crews to a job site to pickup their vehicle and finish a job. Then to meet back up to drive his wife and 2 others back to Alabama from Miami then hop into my JT to drive one to meet up with her ride back to Kentucky. 23 hours driving. I arrived home about 5:45 Sunday morning and have sore throat and under the weather yesterday and today. Remember no good deed go's unpunished.
I was planning on heading out for the trip about 5-6 days earlier and not returning home until some time in January. I planned on visiting the Keys again and Ocala N.F ect ect.
Okay this doesn't have much to do with Gladiator's but Cozumel did continuously try to rent me a Jeep.
So in Miami I saw a half dozen black JT'S and one of the 6x6 conversions.
