Gotta be the headlights as Sport S doesn't have the LED light option (im fine with that I think the Mopar LED's are trash)

And seats, going back to either Simpson seats or PRP seats depending on brackets.

I have Simpsons in my JK and I can't go back to stock cloth or leather seats.

X2 on the dash - I'm Really liking the body-colored ones on the EJS rigs.

Have you seen the factory bedliner & just don't like it or do you think you can get it done for less than the $440 (or whatever it cost)?

PS: If I end up with a Sport, very 1st thing I will do is remove the filler-thingies from the bumper ends / fender flares.

Depends on what mods are available when the Gladiator arrives.

Loose Plan:
Lift
39-40 inch tires. I have 40s on my JLUR. May go with 39s to switch it up.
Wheels
Bumpers
Remove rock rails and add a combo rail/step
Winch
Accessory lights
Plus whatever else comes to mind at the time.

My opinion here....i believe the bonding process from the aftermarket bed liner product is superior. For a minimal amount over what the factory charges the quality of the product is worth it.
