I used the installed captive nuts and redrilled the channel. I'd prefer to drill new holes and either nut sets or a washer and unlocks on the back but the factory nuts are already there and I'm not allowed to drill holes in the truck yet.... so I used some 6 mm flat head stainless screws in the existing locations. The rails do come with mounting holes predrilled but they didnt line up this time
