Nice Rig! .. How do you like the the rail when using as a step? I dont want to remove the factory Rubi rails, however I need a step .. this appears to resolve my issue..
It works but only gives you a couple of inches as a step.

Alot of work for a simple project. I found out that mounting my solenoid box offset put the remote port directly in line with my LP6 lights.

I couldn't have aligned that better if I tried!

Off with the Arcus and winch to move the solenoid and re-route the cables. I told myself I would never want to put another Arcus bumper on, well, here we go!

The most time consuming part was deciding on a winch cable routing, as there is zero gap behind the winch where the cable would logically drop out of the solenoid box.

Finished product, I mounted the LP6's where the overrider bar is meant to go, if you do this, make sure you put a spacer in between the bumper shell and bracket underneath, if you dont, you will cave in the top of your bumper when you tighten the bolts.

After a little trial and error I managed to get the doors back on without real issue. Only thing to note is the plastic cover for the wires on the driver side seems a but looser than the passenger side if that makes sense. It's clipped in and takes effort to remove like normal but just wiggles more to the touch.
I ended up removing all of those plastic covers and storing them away after one flew out and got lost never to be seen again on the road.

I mean that is definitely an option!

I like the look there. And I am with you on never wanting to reassemble that bumper.

Well, this time around wasn't nearly as bad. I lifted the pieces up, and ran zip ties through the over rider holes and aligned the bolt holes with a drift while putting in the bolts. Much easier this way, but still a pain in the butt.

For someone who hasn’t received his JT yet, could you be more specific about what the problem is?
The pins in the female side of the connector are super easy to bend. I've already had it replaced once after putting my doors back on last summer and bending/breaking multiple pins. I took my doors off for the 1st time this year last week, carefully reconnected the plug and still lost my blind spot sensor...its pretty frustrating.

Where exactly did you tap into the power? I'm figuring out how to add some overhead bed lighting to my bed rack, haven't settled on where to tap into, and this looks it might be good location to work to.

Added 12v power to the bed. The power switch is marine grade and the quick charging USB ports and plug are water resistant. I found the parts on Amazon and built the wiring harness (I wish I had taken a picture). I went for the passenger side corner behind the taillights. All the wires tuck in real nice and are out of the way.

When I ordered my Genesis dual battery kit, I had them add the harness with a USB plug (they also have a 12v) to my order. It was a little steep, but the quality is good and it saves me time from having to do it myself. The harness is 20’. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I finally got around to mounting my hot water heater system. I know it’s a little thing, but it’s one more thing off my list of to do’s 😎. It fit nicely in a Pelican 1555.

Finally had a chance to install my fridge slide. I should have gotten a smaller fridge instead of my 65L. Didn't realize how small the bed is.
