I had the same over pressure situation. Installers put my tires at 42 PSI. They were like rocks.

That'll do it. Mine, too - when I start to feel a different ride I check tire pressure, especially when the tires make a lot more noise on uneven surfaces - and I usually find the pressure is up there. When we get to 90+ here, I have to tweak the tire pressure (and that's before driving it on the road)

I don't get that. The door jamb sticker CLEARLY reads 38 on mine and yet each time anyone touches the thing I get it back with 41-42 psi. The dealer even upped the pressure last oil change. I had things set right at the sticker numbers and they upped the pressure. It was obviously more "hard" when I picked it up. Dropping it just 3 or 4 psi made a huge difference.
Guys, read the FACTORY door sticker! LOL

Wear on mine is perfect, and even the 'much-touted' "chalk test" came out good at the door sticker number. MORE than that, not so good.
So I can't see why they want to up them BEYOND the door sticker number when the tire makers have already done all the work for them.
For the weight of my truck and the tires, the sticker happens to be good on mine.
Add or subtract weight of any appreciable amount, I'd need to re-calculate.

Yeah, like most .... super picky. Have run all my 37s and 35s at that PSI and wear is good and happy with ride and steering too. I had a buddy that bought a Rebel a few weeks ago and the dealer had him inflated over 50 PSI. Called me worried he had a steering issue.....that was it!

I went and checked it out at the dealer since it just arrived, looking great but they forgot a few things from the one I ordered. They are adding the tow package and black satin grill, then she is all ready to go!

Picked up Rubicon Take off rear bumper & side protection thanks to HiCentered

A little dirty, may even have a scratch or few, but way better shape then my stock sport bumper & should protect nicely till I decide on an aftermarket bumper. My stock other then just looking ugly on both sides was also pushed in almost to the body on the passenger side.

Plus the red hooks look really good on my firecracker red truck!

Installed my PS rock armor. It’s tedious and exhausting. I have a couple of nutserts that spin freely on both sides, and whatever position I tried to install, I could t get it leveled.... I was trying to make it leveled with the “gladiator” decal.

going to mount my winch/bumper tomorrow.

You may find that the decals are level to the eye but not parallel with the lower rocker lines. I argued and argued with a body shop - and even other Eagle owners that the black on the two-tone cars was NOT level, NOT even - in short, the top edge of the black at the front fender was lower than the top of the black at the back. I finally proved it using a sting line and tape measure - then told them their DASH wasn't straight and the glove box wasn't even - oh, boy, more sparks until someone went out and measured - gee, that's right.
Well, it's like the Greeks did with buildings, a curve, a non-square line, but for the eye, it looks absolutely square and even.
I bet if you very carefully measure - the decal LOOKS perfect, but to the measure, it's not.
Study some Greek archetecture, there's a name for what they did - even the columns were different in some cases - not all identical - but they LOOK identical from certain viewpoints.
Could be wrong here in this case of the JT and the decals, but I've done enough car work to say - "your car's straight and perfect lines aren't."

Someone who is an artist here will surely explain it a hell of a lot better!

It looks like your rocker guards are sagging in the middle.

@jebiruph its pretty hard to make the thick aluminum sag. I see what you mean though. It’s the open bolt/camera angle that creates that sagging appearance. Gonna see what I can do with that in the coming weeks. My current main concern are some of the rivnuts are spinning and the bolts are sticking way out.
