Looks great, to clean up the look on that carpet snap on the center console I took apart the one on the carpet one and used the top have as a cover. I highlighted it in the photo.

Good idea. Knew I was going to cover that up with something later, problem solved. 👍

Doing the flooring and the sound assassins took less than 2hrs. Not slippery at all. Its like mix of slippery and rubberized. Think a weathertech floormat with just a little more grip. Imo its perfect.

I was one of the first Armor Lite customers with my 17 Rubicon JKU. Absolutely loved it and glad to see they now have a kit for the JT (there goes more $$$). I'm sure it has the same benefits with the JT (quieter, Looks so much better and won't hold water like that nasty carpet!)

Yeah, that's a great deal. I just got the basic one without the through shaft.

They did a bunch of sound testing (and so have others, to be fair). The majority of the benefit from dynamat type material can be had by spacing sections out since it primarily works by catching resonance. The. The armorlite floorings’s thermal barrier evidently catches a lot of noise since materials that insulate heat well tend to insulate sound well.

Ive never tested either of those things personally; but i can say for sure my jeep is probably half as loud now as it was before. It was a crazy difference.
You'll have double thermal benefit because the Sound Assassin has a radiant barrier that does a great job at blocking radiant heat!

Also true. Between the ArmorLite and hot heads kit, i cannot believe how much quieter it is inside. Its easily quieter than my ‘18 2500 was.

This weekend i went and found some 37” tires and at a great deal! So i went and picked them up. But i finally made it to the 37” tire gang!! I have a Sport S and it is not the Max tow so it has 3:73 gears and it has a AEV 2” spacer lift and i chopped the front and rear fenders and it fits the 37s very well no rubbing anywhere. Also i had a little wheeling trip this last weekend and got to test them out! Absolutely loving the 37” tires!

Did the 2” AEV kit lift front and rear 2”? Curious Because I tow and I need some rake. Looks good!
