What have you MADE for your Gladiator?

Since we have a bunch of other fun threads like this, I figured a homemade product thread would be cool.

I'm a hobbyist blacksmith and have access to lumber and a 3d printer so I'm trying to think of things I can make for the Gladiator.

I'm thinking maybe some kind of cargo organizer for the bed so when I go food shopping I don't end up with smashed eggs on the bulkhead?

What have you guys made?

Only the following so far....

A light bar for my front plastic bumper.

Simple mounting brackets for a lockable ATV box to secure it to the bed rail system.

Quick mounts for an Element fire extinguisher to mount on driver's seat adjusting bar.

I put a bulletproof vest behind the rear seat so I will be protected when taking small arms fire from the back. Does that count?

Modified a swing out tool box to hang from my utility rails. Didn’t want to screw it into the bed.

Rear seat delete for the two great Danes and a storage box with slider for the bed. $450 or less for both. I definitely built the bed box overboard. Lol

After seeing CJ-ING-RJ's rear seat delete above, it reminded me about the quick "package platform" I made so that its more of a flat floor for when I want to throw crap in the back.

I added Rubbermaid storage containers underneath the platform (in front of the built in storage box) to hold the platform up and level.

Its a simple piece of plywood I had that I covered with leftover automotive carpet.

It takes 15 seconds to remove if I want to use the rear seats.

Made some simple grab handles for the front seats.

Front Bumper inserts replacing the bump outs on the front with nothing behind them.

Considering removing the end cap bolts and welding to smooth it out.

For road trips, I was also considering making close out fairings. Since this is the knockoff bumper, the Australian close out fairings don't fit. I tried.
