Let's see... lots of small to middle size things which are not original, but I've been making things like these for all of my 4wd's (5 total in the fleet)

1. doors off side mirrors
2. cowl bracket for an NMO mount GMRS antenna
3. dash mount bracket to mount CB +/or GMRS speakers
3a. clamps for speaker & future things
4. grab bar mike holder
5. floor mount adjustable 'arm' to hold a 10" tablet
6. redesigned Cobra75 module which mounts with the above
7. bed rails
8. integrated shovel holder on the left rail
9. cross-bed platform for the HiLift & axe
9a. jack hold downs which are lockable
10. attachment to the above platform for a Power Tank
11. mount (on a cheapo aluminum bed tool box) for a mag-mount CB antenna
12. bed 12v / usb / voltmeter panel (enclosed on the backside)
13. reverse light (with a 6" LED bar and reflector)
14. rear seat bottom lock
I can take pictures and elaborate on construction based on interest (snow permitting)

Tell me more please...!!!
I got the idea from a full thread somewhere on this site. But basically:
-made a cardboard template of each side
-cut the pieces from leftover 1" hard insulation board I had laying around
-cut the t-shirts bigger than the insulation
-used spray-glue to attach the visible side
-stapled and glued the non-visible side

Then the expensive part. Bought some 3M heavy-duty doublestick mounting tape. The same stuff they use for bug guards, sill protectors, etc. That was $20. Stuck them on and all done.

So I made a dog platform that can be used in the Gladiator or my wife's Lincoln Corsair. Also installed dog zip line for safety. I have a full width one and a 3/4 in case I need to take another passenger. I used The center cup holders for the center two legs with angle mounts. Works perfect. Secure and supportive. Add 3" piece of memory foam and Buddy our labordoddle is plenty happy.

I made a bunch of stuff so far. CB antenna mount, phone and tablet mounts, (modified) rhino rack roof rails and a mount for my roof top tent.
Tent mount:

The bed rack is made from 16 gauge 1"Ă—2" steel tubing and 1"Ă—1" steel tubing. It mounts to the stock holes for a bedcover front and rear.
The aluminum thing's (as yet unpainted) are mounts for rotopax cans. The roof rack is made from Yakima crossbars and feet mounted to a modified set of Rhino rack fiberglass topper rails. Yes...the yakima stuff fits the rhino rails very well. I shortened the Yakima roof basket so it wouldn't hang over the front or rear of the top. I'm planning to hang lights on the front of the basket. (Money,money,money,repeat....)

Made these light mounts that also incorporate antenna provisions. The main forward lamps are below the hood line so no scatter on the hood, and the lights are far enough outboard so as not to interfere with the windshield folding.

Since we have a bunch of other fun threads like this, I figured a homemade product thread would be cool.

I'm a hobbyist blacksmith and have access to lumber and a 3d printer so I'm trying to think of things I can make for the Gladiator.

I'm thinking maybe some kind of cargo organizer for the bed so when I go food shopping I don't end up with smashed eggs on the bulkhead?

What have you guys made?

I have made a few things. Some easy some a little complicated
But all you see on my gladiator is all home made
I even did all the inside myself as well
Just wanted to make it my own style really.
If you look at the cost of the parts you can buy off the internet it just seemed like highway robbery.
So I made them myself.
The front a rear bumpers, the grill which is interchangeable
The screen cowl, the wing mirror guards.
I had a lot of fun doing it too.
If anyone saw the pics of the slide in I built that was all home made too. I have taken it off for now as it was a little too heavy for my comfort, so I have lowered it and changed the design a little.( Probably be finished in a couple of months as I had to stop due to knee surgery)

If anyone lives near me
South Florida I would be willing share how to do and even help construct the ideas they might have for their gladiator,
Look forward to seeing all the ideas people have done
