So ever since the gladiator was announced I couldn't wait to see one in person. Then a few weeks after they were released I spotted one driving through a light while I was stopped at a red. I though it was awesome looking especially since it was a 2 door. So I go to look up the 2 door gladiator and they apparently don't actually make a 2 door. Never saw that jeep again but saw other 4 door gladiators so I began to doubt I actually saw a 2 door. Until today!! Actually caught it in video as best I could. What is this Jeep??

Based on the potato vision video it looks like it could be the JK8.

Action Camper/Thaler offered a version as well.

And there is the J8 line of mil-spec jeeps made in Egypt under license. There was an AEV sponsored tub import years back, at least I think it was AEV. THey were intended for off highway use only, no VIN etc. I'm sure a bunch were diverted.

Okay on review that is a JK8 which was a mopar/jeep performance parts conversion kit, able to be added right from the dealer.

Very Defender 90 in design. But also not easy to undo unlike the Thaler kit.
