I'm a little late to the party. Here's what I'm drinking of late.

Last week I decided to open this gueuze I've been aging for about 9 years. Could have gone another 10 easily.

And found one with my last name on it. Decent "tube down the river" type of IPA.

As of late I cracked open a bottle that I've had for many years, not quite a highbrow bourbon but by now the bottle is probably of legal drinking age.

Interestingly enough it's better than the last time I drank some of this. So it's aged even in bottle.
