What's Up with Your Web Site?

Hey @Quadratec

When I log into my account on your web site, I can't view any of my orders; filled or unfilled. Is this ever going to be fixed? This is over a week old problem. Are my orders lost forever?

They have good prices but customer service is very lacking.

I had to cancel an order by email (glad I had the order # saved). Apparently they are “upgrading” the site. Must be a heckuva upgrade lol.

And the message on the site says it’ll be fixed two days ago, by 2/23. I ordered a bedrug mat from them on Monday because the site said in stock and would ship same day. Crickets since then. Should have ordered from a different site.

I ordered a snatch block over a month ago that was "In Stock" (to get free shipping on the flashlight holder )... The snatch block has no ETA still...

I'm guessing that this forum is a dead hole for Quadratec. I also thinking something went very wrong with their website back end updates since I still can't view my orders.

The did a software upgrade over a week ago and haven’t recovered yet.

I got an e-mail from they today. About how to use a winch, how to select a winch, how to mount a winch.

I cancelled my orders. I understand being more patient in this day and age but if you can charge my credit card you should be able to at least show me my order status.

I am able to log into my account, review purchases, wishlist and My Cart right now, Sunday, 2/27, 7:08 AM.

Quadratec has always been there for the Jeep community. I have purchased many things over the years from them and I am sure I will use them again in the future. I got a notice they are going through some internet changes, and as someone in business I can say I understand if things do not always go as planned. We live in an Amazon I need it now world. No worries Quadratec, your part of the Jeep family and we got your 6.

I’ve used Quadratec multiple times without issue so I’m surprised to hear this. I also just logged into my account and when I went to review my orders I got the same message saying they will have the issue fixed by 2/23. Weird thing is it still pulled up my wishlist items I’ve found they aren’t very responsive on this forum. May be better to just call them. Hope you get it resolved!
