Hey @Quadratec

When I log into my account on your web site, I can't view any of my orders; filled or unfilled. Is this ever going to be fixed? This is over a week old problem. Are my orders lost forever?

I emailed customer service a week ago and have gotten no response from them...

They have good prices but customer service is very lacking.

I had to cancel an order by email (glad I had the order # saved). Apparently they are ā€œupgradingā€ the site. Must be a heckuva upgrade lol.

And the message on the site says itā€™ll be fixed two days ago, by 2/23. I ordered a bedrug mat from them on Monday because the site said in stock and would ship same day. Crickets since then. Should have ordered from a different site.

I ordered a snatch block over a month ago that was "In Stock" (to get free shipping on the flashlight holder šŸ¤£)... The snatch block has no ETA still...

I'm guessing that this forum is a dead hole for Quadratec. I also thinking something went very wrong with their website back end updates since I still can't view my orders.

Ordered something on Tuesday, I had been wondering about how my first customer svc experience with them would go...not a good start with the order status link gone fishing page on full display

The did a software upgrade over a week ago and havenā€™t recovered yet.

Quadratec has always been there for the Jeep community. I have purchased many things over the years from them and I am sure I will use them again in the future. I got a notice they are going through some internet changes, and as someone in business I can say I understand if things do not always go as planned. We live in an Amazon I need it now world. No worries Quadratec, your part of the Jeep family and we got your 6.

Iā€™ve used Quadratec multiple times without issue so Iā€™m surprised to hear this. I also just logged into my account and when I went to review my orders I got the same message saying they will have the issue fixed by 2/23. Weird thing is it still pulled up my wishlist items šŸ¤£ Iā€™ve found they arenā€™t very responsive on this forum. May be better to just call them. Hope you get it resolved!
