I have a Bulletpoint driver's base paired with some RAM attachments I've had for awhile. I'm about to switch over to a Bulletpoint arm + their new Bulletpoint Magsafe charger. What length arm does everyone recommend? My current RAM arm is 3" socket to socket but has a 20mm to 24mm adapter which gives a small extension.

Is 7cm long enough to get from the base passed the dash?

I bought the dual drivers side mount kit and the standard length arm works perfectly, as stated above.

That’s the 7cm standard?
Yes - I basically bought the base with the left-hand ball and the standard arm and standard phone mount.
The plow control sticks out because I made a piece using acrylic that goes into the phone mount, is held in place like a phone, and my plow control has a metal holder that I screwed to the clear acrylic I used. That way when I need to use the plow, I put in the acrylic piece into the phone mount, and slip the plow control in the holder on that plastic. When done with plow, I remove the plow control holder and can put in my phone.
Standard stuff.
