    Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

As the title says I am looking for a factory Mopar winch bumper that still has the end caps. I can trade you for my Rubicon bumper and some cash if needed. I am located in Flagstaff AZ but can travel a bit for the right deal.
