The chances of finding a steel bumper used are slim...not impossible but slim. I would recommend BAM wholesale. they have the cheapest prices I have found for new OEM parts and you will be sub $1000 easy. I attached my receipt for the steel bumper skid, skid plate, close out panel, hardware and LED taillights and out the door for around $1400. Plus google around for coupon codes...they usually have 10% off or free shipping floating around. Hope that helps.
